Our family has been "in dogs" for over 30 years.

Prior to having our Dachshunds, we raised, showed, rescued and bred Shiba Inu for 13 years. We had produced several champions in limited breeding and had lots of fun showing our dogs. My life had become stressful and it was very difficult to take proper care of the dogs

It was a long time before we felt we could have dogs again. We decided on Miniature Longhair Dachshunds. We have found them to be sweet tempered and wonderful companions. My guys will do just about anything for a treat!

We breed infrequently and always for outstanding temperment, health and conformation. We are not a kennel. Our dogs reside with us in our home. They are only crated at night to sleep, otherwise they are out and about, enjoying the comforts of the couch and the thrill of playing in the yard.

Our puppies are reared in my kitchen, where they can be the center of our daily attention. They are given frequent hugs and kisses, toys, premium dog food and exposure to our cats and other dogs. Our puppies will be paper trained, crate trained, vet checked and have age appropriate shots and worming. You will get a puppy care sheet, food, toy, pedigree, a health guarantee and a contract. AKC papers will be provided for pets upon proof of spay/neuter. Our contract offers several guarantees that you won't find elsewhere.

I work for a vet, which easily enables me to provide any needed health care. all our dogs are checked out thoroughly before breeding, with an emphasis on the back, knees and elbows. All puppies are vet checked before placement, and all adults sold as pets are altered prior to placement.

We are located in Clarkston, Washington. Clarkston is on the eastern border of the state, adjacent to the Snake River and Lewiston, Idaho. If you would ever like to visit to meet our dogs or puppies, please feel free to contact us to make an appointment. We do not have appointments on Sunday!
